Care locations are resolved from Location references in the patient’s authorized visit and encounter records.
When Epic advertises record-source support and the patient grants access, direct resource searches automatically include available Provenance details in Advanced.
Binary attachment access is disabled until a verified document-reference workflow is available.

Your MyChart connection and your private health hub are separate. Disconnecting MyChart stops this browser connection but does not delete health data you chose to retain.

How this works
Your browser is redirected to the healthcare provider’s MyChart sign-in page. Epic returns short-lived authorization tokens to this server; MyChart credentials never pass through this application.
